I think this varies from person to person, but for me personally, I am a power athlete. I love jumping high, sprinting quickly, and lifting heavy for low reps. This means that doing the same thing over and over again is extremely hard for me. Stair-master, a 5k run, or even a long bike ride gets boring, but makes me a better, well-rounded athlete! On the other hand, if you do well with longer, single moves, I’m going to challenge you to try adding power into your protocol for better results!!
